  • How does enrollment work?

    After donating and completing registration, you will have access to the course. To maximize your experience in the course, it is recommended that you review the four meditation techniques offered in the introduction section of the curriculum: the ancient OM meditation of Hinduism, the non-religious Happiness mantra, the Jesus Prayer of mystical Christianity, and the Hong Sau mantra from the Kriya Yoga tradition. You will also have exclusive access to all 28 recordings. Move at the pace that is right for you!
