“For those who have an intense urge for Spirit and wisdom, it sits near them, waiting.”

- Patanjali

Join Chris Knuth and a community of students for a 12-week journey into the ancient wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

This course is thoughtfully designed for beginners and intermediate learners while offering valuable insights for advanced yogis. We'll explore integral sutras that are particularly relevant to modern spiritual seekers living in today's world. You'll learn how to integrate these timeless teachings into your daily life through study, discussion, and practical application.

Special emphasis will be placed on the Yamas and Niyamas - the ethical guidelines and personal observances that form the foundation of yogic living. Using the Yoga Sutra Workbook as our guide, we'll combine traditional teachings with contemporary commentary. Each session will include opportunities for conversation, contemplation, and practical implementation practices.

We meet on Tuesdays at 10 AM Eastern.

Registration is open. Class begins on March 4.
